Once an order has been placed, it will be dispatched within 48 hours, usually less.
Australian Shipping
Delivery times vary within Australia depending on destination, with orders usually received within one week. Please allow a little longer for items destined for Western Australia, Northern Territory or Tasmania.
Shipping costs are calculated on units sold, weight and destination. If your order is a complex combination of products and the shipping is not able to be calculated correctly, we may contact you before we confirm your order.

International Shipping
International shipping adopts the same policy as Australian however delivery can take up to 6 weeks depending on the destination.
Returns
To return a product please contact us.
Goods must be returned within 7 days in a saleable condition with all tags and packaging. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered) or hold a credit for future purchases.
